Enrolment Process
Dear Parents/ Guardians
From time to time, St. Francis’ School will publish work samples, photographs and/or video images of student activities and achievements. These will be used for educational purposes (especially in regard to the Australian Curriculum) and for the promotion of the School.
Photographs, visual images, achievements, activities and work samples may be published in a number of different forums around the school: STFS Newsletter, CEWA Magazine, Website etc. At no stage will personal details other than the student’s name be used. If greater detail is necessary, parents or guardians will be consulted.
Please click here to view and sign the permission slip and return the entire form to the School. The form will be kept on file for the duration of the student’s education at St. Francis School. If you have any questions, please contact the Principal.
